After meeting a dozen or so different agents, it was refreshing to find some honesty and professional integrity - that came in the shape and form of Alex Robson. Alex provided an honest assessment, taking into careful consideration of the houses unique features - not just comparing to other properties on the market using the basic details of the house (i.e. 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom). Recognising some of our initial concerns and anxiety (from never having sold a house before) Alex went above and beyond to ensure we were kept up to date at all times of the sale process and maintained his integrity throughout the process - keeping us calm and relaxed and confident that we were going to be able to achieve a reasonable result at auction. No sale is without it's hiccups - and we faced a few due to some external unforeseen factors.
