Alex gave good up front advice and pursued additional lead generation and conversion even after contract signing to make sure we had a leads funnel should our contract with the buyer have fallen through . No hesitation to recommend Alex
We've used Alex a number of times now, and she is excellent. We like her professionalism and her upfront and honest style, as well as her experience and market knowledge. She's supported by a great team and they get job done efficiently. Thanks Alex!
Alex had an excellent knowledge of the Brisbane Market and the surrounding area. She was very helpful in a difficult sale and stayed focussed.
Alex was very professional in all my dealings with her, succinct, knowledgeable and follows through.
I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Alex in person due to COVID, but it didn't matter because she made the selling process seamless, and I barely had to do anything. Alex guided me through everything over the phone and kept me updated regarding inspections and offers, and was able to assist when I felt indecisive. I appreciated her knowledge and expertise, and would happily sell with Alex again.
Alex did a lot to ensure both parties came to a suitable agreement. As the buyer I felt that she supported me just as much.
Alex was exceptional throughout the entire process. She promptly actioned things, was always available and the process was seamless. Her dedication to achieve the best result was brilliant through her open inspections, she was always available to do private viewings and then on Auction day she ran it very professionally. I was impressed. Alex knows her profession and she was excellent both times we used her, first time as a buyer and second time as a seller. I will definitely use Alex again and would definitely recommend her to others.
Realistic cuts through the noise. Excellent in guiding me through the process from presentation of the unit to final sale. Alex's knowledge of the market that was srcond to none. I would use Alex and her team again. Thanking Alex and her entire team.
We have had the pleasure of having Alex sell our Parklands Unit and she and her team were amazing. We went through the prowess without any problems or difficulties and Alex just made it a very pleasant experience. I would personally recommend Alex and her team to anyone thinking of selling in Brisbane.
Alex' in depth knowledge of the Bardon/Ashgrove area and real estate in general made for an easy decision to engage her sell my investment property. Alex kept me informed through every step of the process and I have no hesitation in recommending her services.
We are extremely happy with how Alex handled our sale. Alex has now sold two properties for us and if we ever wanted to sell again she would be our absolute choice. Alex is personable, and very efficient and most importantly kept us informed throughout the process. We recommend Alex.
