Having owned properties in Brisbane for 20 years, Alex is the first and only agent to (refreshingly) tell me not to sell, and to wait a few months until the market improved (in January which it did). I initally enquired with several agents, all of whom did desktop appraisals. Alex was the only agent to get the keys from the rental manager and inspect, and then provide feedback on how best to present the townhouse. Eventually obtaining $45k higher than an identical townhouse in the complex that sold 6 months earlier.

My questions (no matter what) always answered. Issues solved. Phenomenal communicator. Just a really great experience - I always felt I was in safe hands!
