Proactive sales team

We chose Place as they have a strong sales history in our unit block. We initiated the sale whilst overseas and Alex and her team were readily able to accommodate time differences. They have a good team structure which made communications really easy via a WhatsApp group. The use of Campaign Agent provided very detailed weekly reports of all enquiries and inspections, with more detailed communications of any strong interest via WhatsApp and phone calls. The team dealt directly with the rental agent and managed all communications and inspections with the tenant. Our goal was to sell by the end of the financial year and that was achieved whilst other units in the block remain unsold. The market has definitely dropped since the 2026 budget, but we were happy with the price and speed with which the unit was sold. All in all a very successful outcome and we would highly recommend Alex and her team.
