Within a week he had excellent photos and had the property listed. Four days later he held 2 open days and secured a buyer. He came to our house at 8pm with a signed holding deposit paid. An excellent job well done by Alex. He got a proce well above my expectations. It must be a record price for a 3b, 2b, 1c in KL. I am really amazed at his selling skills.
