We had a good experience with Alex and WIN Real Estate. Alex was very helpful in passing on our queries to the vendor and clarifying our questions. Subsequent to the auction, he also followed up to ensure that the settlement process was smooth. He also contacted us after the settlement to check whether we have been able to settle in comfortably.
