Could not have asked for a better agent

Buying or selling can be stressful at the best of times but Alex and the team at ADS were brilliant with that perfect balance between professional and personal to put us at ease. Alex was the reason the transaction got over the line

We had a positive purchasing experience with Alex, in what proved to be a difficult sale. Unfortunately a combination of skills and responsiveness of others made Alex’s role difficult, in what should have been a very straight forward transactions. Alex was communicative and direct and To be honest we would have walked away from the transaction (and almost did more than once) but Alex’s honesty with us got it over the line. We would recommend Alex without hesitation.

Very helpful and friendly

Had a great experience with Alex. His seller was primary however as the buyer he was available and very helpful in helping make the process as smooth as possible for me also. Recommend Alex, he’s a nice agent and great to deal with.

Outstanding Result - Transparent and available throughout.

This is the second property sale that Alex has worked on with me. To no surprise, Alex exceeded my expectations, and was organized, transparent and always available to answer questions, accommodate for unscheduled inspections, etc. I can say with certainty that I will do business with Alex again in the future due to his knowledge of the local market, and professional demeanor.

A Gentleman and Professional

Alex has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I am certain that I will engage Alex in the future, whether that be for property sales, or property management. Alex has sold two properties for me, both eclipsing the previous unit block records. Alex has also leased one of my properties, his management style has been seamless.
