Alex knows his job inside out, someone i can trust.

Alex did everything he promised. I was impressed with the listing, even more impressed with the price he got for me. He's relaxed, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Top communicator

Worked with Alex to secure a property for one of my clients—an absolute pleasure. Great communicator, proactive, and genuinely a top guy. Made the process seamless from start to finish. Would happily work with him again. We searched for a fair few weeks trying to secure a property and came across many agents who were difficult to get any information out of, not Alex always sticking to his word and making it an enjoyable process for my client to get into his new home.

TOP PRICE, TOP BLOKE

Highly Recommend Alex. We engaged Alex to sell a property we had in Edens Landing. His marketing strategy was very solid and well priced; within a week we had multiple offers, however unfortunately due to issues with the building inspection report (shower leakage) the deal fell over. Having this issue rectified, Alex was of tremendous assistance and support for us as interstate sellers. He virtually project managed the repair works for us and we are very grateful! Shortly after the fix we had multiple new offers again and Alex guided us in working through the complexities of each. I recall Alex during our initial contact with him advising that his job was not to just get us market price, but to use his strong negotiation skills, developed over decades in the industry, to get us a result better than market price. He was true to his word. I’d describe Alex as the type of guy you’d like to have a beer with; great communicator, relaxed nature, down to earth, full of integrity and trust.
