Rob, Alanna and Tarnya were fantastic to work with for the sale of our property. They were able to provide us with great market knowledge within our area to make an informed decision on the property price and sales strategy. Alanna maintained strong communication throughout the process with offers, timelines and next steps making us feel very supported through the process. We met Rob and Alanna months prior when we were looking to buy a house and they left a lasting impression that when we were ready to sell we wanted to work with them as their professionalism and presence along with approachability were what won us over.

Rob helped us with securing our lovely home in Eagleby! We were very grateful for his prompt communication and understanding when things went wrong with conditions etc.. He is very down to earth and approachable! I would work with him again in the future.

Jason knows the market well and was so helpful going through the process of selling our house. He was always available to answer questiona. We would highly recommend his services of selling your home.

Selling a property in Queensland, with me living in Victoria, was made easy by Jason and his team. It was very clear that Jason knows the market in and around Eagleby, gave a very fair appraisal of the house and was able to get a price that I was very happy with, despite declining markets at the time. Advertising was done to a high standard and was targeted towards the right buyers. His communication was great, with him calling frequently to update me and taking the time to answer calls or call back promptly to answer any questions I had. He stepped me through the process and made the process as seamless and possible. Although we never met face-to-face I had complete trust in Jason and his team and was not let down.

Jason was Very professional, has very good negotiation skills

I had a great experience working with Stephanie Gilbert throughout the process of buying my home. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, keeping me informed at every step and providing honest advice. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. I truly appreciate her dedication and hard work, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

From the very first phone conversation, Stephanie filled us with great confidence. Her professionalism, attention to detail and her follow up on all matters was second to none. She kept us informed and up to date with all new proceedings and so we were aware of everything. Stephanie is a trustworthy and genuine agent who has her clients at the forefront, and we would have no hestitation in recommending Stephanie, in fact we can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you Stephanie for being so easy to work with and for getting us a speedy sale.

Stephanie & the team have been fantastic with my sale. Through explaining the process to a first time seller, navigating the paperwork, arranging photography and advertising along with open homes. Communication was awesome, keeping me up to date regularly even whilst I was overseas. Highly recommend Stephanie's services. Thanks again!!

We recently worked with Sarah to sell our investment property and found her to be friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Throughout the campaign, we had open discussions around offers and pricing, and appreciated being kept informed along the way. In the end, we achieved a strong sale price, which we were very happy with. Overall, great result.

We sold our property within a week and achieved a result above our expectations, which speaks volumes in itself. Communication was clear, consistent, and honest from the start, and we always felt informed and supported throughout the entire process. What really stood out was the realistic advice given around pricing and strategy, which ultimately paid off. Their market knowledge and negotiation skills were evident, not only in dealing with buyers but also in navigating conversations with other agents. Professional, proactive, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome we couldn’t have asked for a better experience from Sarah and her team. Sarah also made you feel like a long lost friend and just made the experience so much less stressful.

I recently sold my house through Schultz Realty and it was the best decision I could have made. Sarah went above and beyond to ensure I received the highest amount possible for my property- which was a record sale in my complex. She is not like your typical agent. Sarah is incredibly down to earth and didn't try to sell me something that was unachievable. It is very evident Sarah has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry and the expectations I had in relation to the sale of my house were on point, based on the knowledge and advice from Sarah. I had a few complications from the buyer for my property, and I had several moments where I thought I was going to lose the sale. Sarah stepped in and effortlessly fixed every issue that was problematic. Sarah was always easy to contact and kept me updated every step of the way. If you are after a proficient and trustworthy agent and team who are willing to lose sleep to ensure the maximum results for the sale of your property, definitely look no further than Sarah Schultz and the team. They will not disappoint. I cannot give enough praise for their dedication and effort.
