From start to finish, Alex has been very professional in the dealings and easy to negotiate with and talk to. He took the time to show me the property that I wanted to purchase (as I was from interstate) and introduced me to the existing tenants. Later on he followed it up to make sure everything had ran smoothly with the settlement and after purchase.

We were lucky - Alex was actually the first agent we met when we first looked for our first home. We had zero knowledge going in and even then when the prospect of selling to us was (probably) low, he explained the process in the most layman way possible. Very social, friendly and warm - straight away we felt very comfortable around him. Alex, what can I say, from the moment Peter invited you into our house to be our agent to sell our home there was something about you. Besides the fact you loved to have a chat your knowledge of the area, what buyers were looking for, small details to improve the overall look of the house, like changing the cupboard door handles in the kitchen to give it a lift and a new stainless steel range hood all at minimal cost.
