Alex was exceptionally well prepared for our initial chat. He knew the area, local sales, the likely buyers, and my townhouse complex extremely well. He had prepared printed material, and explained all costs up front for ease of comparison. He even showed me similar properties for comparison on the estimated sales price and detailed what I needed to do to ensure the best possible price (even helping with references for trades people). His original estimate seemed fair. After the recommended minor renovations, his estimated sales price went up well beyond his original estimate, and beyond my original expectations. He then sold my property after the first open. The first open almost wasn't necessary as Alex had brought in customers he already had on his books, buyers already interested in this townhouse complex. He politely and fairly allowed them to make their best offers and it sold well above what I expected (and on the high end of his revised estimated price range). Alex knows his business incredibly well, he is extremely professional and knows the Rydalmere area, and (most importantly) what his buyers want. He kept in touch with me at all times, kept me posted all through the pre-sales and final sales process. Again the speed of the sale (barely a week after going on the market) and the final sales price was well above expectations. I highly recommend Alex Cheng.
