His knowledge of local and broader markets was impressive and reliable. He was friendly and warm which made me feel very comfortable and happy to listen to him. Negotiations were efficient and clear. We have just purchased a property from Alexander of Instyle Agents. We are fortunate in that we have purchased multiple properties over our life, but therefore have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the full range of real estate agents. Alexander was by far the most professional and honest real estate agent that we have ever encountered. Whilst being obligated to the vendors, he understands that each potential buyer is very important and he treats them as such.
