We engaged Alex to sell our property along with our house which was on a separate title next door. The block was being used for a tennis court - not your usual sale - but as it was on a separate title we anticipated it would be sold as a building block. Alex and Scott presented a sold proposal to sell both this block and our home, and we sold both blocks before auction above what we had anticipated receiving.

We had a lot of questions during that time, and Alex did a wonderful job of answering them honestly with the purpose of helping us to make the right decision for us. We achieved a wonderful result - not because it was a lot higher than what we had originally thought, but because the numbers were 'right' from the start - and they were strong numbers at that point.
