Integrity, honesty (not always the same thing!), gave excellent advice (from body corporate issues to interior design), provided flexibility, great helpful conditions, like early access to the garage ahead of settlement, and we felt like we had met a new friend that was part of this complex and somewhat stressful process. SO, MY HUSBAND HAD ONE JOB.... To find a Realestate Agent....My Mother inlaw lives in Noosa and was in hospital - moving into a Nursing home, As we live in Adelaide and time was not our friend - we only had 4 days to get the house ready to sell - Yes..... it was going to be a challange , before we made the trip, i arranged an appointment with Solomans Carpets @ Noosa ,as all the Flooring had to be repalced ,All the furniture to be picked up - The Salvation Army The Big Red Shed , and rubish removal on the last day . So Karl....Had One Job ......AND DID HE DO WELL.... Alexander Payne , What can i say .... without your wonderfull help, i dont know how we would have completed everything , the thing is ... we ran out ot time , so Alexander took over for us... following up on the flooring for us, Letting them In - three times to lay the the coverings he also took photos for us and emailed them to us .He also Arranged cleasners for the inside and outside and meet the companys at the property for all the quotes . As all our conversations were over phone Alexander was so easy to talk to - I must say - I realy enjoyed our conversations and we never once worried as Alexander checked on the home regulary as it was empty .
