After we bought our home from Alexander, he went well out of his way to help the seller (an elderly gentleman living on his own) navigate the challenges of moving out. Really impressive to us. Equally as important, he was phenomenal in explaining each step of the way from putting in our offer and communicating very clearly what was happening. Love his patience and humour, makes for a very relational human experience rather than the one dimensional transactional real estate experience most may have.
