Being real. This is what I appreciated most of all. Knowing a realistic price for my property was essential if I was to make the decision to sell - because my long-term future depended on an accurate assessment of the sale price. Alexander not only gave me a realistic price, he bettered it. He also carried his philosophy of being real throughout the whole process of negotiation, never sweating the small stuff, shielding me from unnecessary stress by only discussing genuine offers from buyers ready to go. Add to this a bright, efficient team, and the whole experience was excellent. I certainly recommend PPD to anyone selling their home.

We interviewed a few of the leading agents in the eastern suburbs prior to making a decision on who to go with. Initially, Alex Phillips wasn't our preferred choice. We were conscious that he has a lot on and therefore thought we might be better served by someone with more time to devote to the sale of our property.
