Alex was available from the first moment I contacted him. He was persistent in following up on getting the commission following our first contact, though it wasn't that close a call ultimately as his knowledge, attitude, reputation and communication style were outstanding. Once we signed up, we worked closely with Pru from his team who was simply incredible. She took charge of doing the cleanup and preparation of the house for sale in such a way that we had to do literally nothing other than pay the bills. From the time Alex and his team from PDD was chosen as the agent to market our property he was fantastic. He was available and returned calls within 24 hours. The preparation of the property was amazing and organised in such a quick turnaround < 2 weeks. The property changed from a virtual dump to an extremely well presented house - great co ordination. Marketing was great , verbal feedback after every open house. There was also statistical info emailed 2-3 times per week. I was kept informed of contracts taken and how many interested buyers there were. Alex was honest unlike some other agents. The auction went well with a result well above the reserve.
