Market strategy was very good and I got a premium sale price I was not even expecting I could get. I work Fifo and couldn't be around to organize or rectify anything on the property as bits and pieces arose before settlement and Alex and the Office staff organized it all for me. Alex was late to the initial inspection and gave the 3 participants different times to arrive then left us wondering if he was going to show up and one lady left. During the inspection he didn't tell us anything about the house unless we asked. He also rarely answered his phone and i talked to other staff members regularly. The reason I'm writing a review is he didn't disclose the damages to the house and as I was unable to attend the final inspection. Then only after purchasing the property was I told about the damages that the owners knew about and now I have to pay the bill, straight after purchasing the property. He either knew about these or he should of asked the owners and/or property manager about existing damages and informed me.
