I’d highly recommend Alex and also his extended team. Our house sold at the first home open and we experienced a friendly, easy transaction with the purchasers. Bethany is an asset and her communication was 5 star during the process.
Alex always looks after any request or question asked of him. We couldn't be happier with the service from the whole team. We highly recommend Alex and his team. Regards Angela&Mick
Alex convinced us that there was quite a lot of interest in our property in the first week of advertising. He suggested a "home open" - first looker then buyer in our door signed a contract which was negotiated above our expectations. A great conclusion and result from the team Alex.
He and his team had a great knowledge and experience about the real estate and he helped me out throughout the whole process until settlement
This was my first time selling a house. Working with Alex and his team was a delight. They were extremely responsive to any queries or concerns we had providing peace of mind and reassurance to what can be quite an anxious time. The team had great market knowledge and managed to get us well over the asking price! They would be my first pick if was ever to buy or sell again. Thanks Alex and team we are now able to start the next chapter of our lives.
Easy to deal with, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again.
