Alex really knows his job and does it well, more than happy to use him on my next sale.

Alex had good knowledge of the area, delivered on his promise and sold the house quickly and for a fair price. His communication was on going however a few comms were delayed plus a meeting missed but he was pre-occupied with other stuff. Overall a good experience.

Alexander was great at communicating with us and promptly responding to all our queries. No request was too much to ask, he made us feel comfortable and at ease with the whole process.

Alex was very understanding and never put any pressure on us to lower our asking price as some other agents have done in the past. He was willing to work with us and in the end, he got us an offer that was closer to what we wanted.

Pre contract discussion with Alex was really good. I felt he knew how to sale the house for the best price as he mentioned waiting at least few weeks to get the FIFO buyers and their offers in. So, I decided to go with his agency. The house had only one open day and only one offer from that open day and I was told by Alex that he thinks this is the best offer! Didn’t match with what he said during advertisement about waiting and getting the FIFO buyers and their offers in... The way he tried to convince me to accept the offer felt like he is more interested to get done with this sale. Obviously he did not force me to accept offer, but he wasn’t as patient with it as promised before signing the contract with him. I think if everything was simple in my case, Alex could have left with much better review. But my case was not a simple one. I had delay in settlement due to some legal issues and that is where I think Alex just couldn’t keep up his good work. So, if you have a simple sale case, Alex will deal with it nicely. If not, may be think again! Many a times I felt Alex wasn’t agent working for me. Price wise, it was good but i believe they have a lot of room to improvise being professional and gaining the confidence of their client.
