They understood the local market and were more interested in getting the correct price for our property rather than flipping it at a lower rate just so they could get their commission. Some other local agents could take a leaf out of his book and try service their customers needs, rather than lining their own pockets. With the help of Alex and his team we got $100k more than we were told we would get through other local agents. Alex ran several home opens and always provided feedback on how they went. He would follow up with the people who came through the property to get feedback and also follow up any potential buyers.
