He cold called me and had a lovely manner over the phone that was backed up when we met. The best thing was he made no promises about the price I wanted and didn’t bother me with calls and possibilities. He left me alone until he knew he had the right buyer at the right price. I was overseas at the time which meant he was making calls at all hours outside the office to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible.
