When deciding to sell our home in Centennial Park, we were courted by 4 different agents from the area. It was difficult to choose between them as to who would be able to get us the outcome we wanted, in a market which was volatile with rapidly rising interest rates affecting both buyers borrowing capacity, and buyer confidence and desire to pay what a property is worth. We chose Alex Smith as not only did we like his straightforward, no-nonsense demeanour, his sales history and results were excellent and whilst we could have chosen an agent specific to Centennial Park, choosing Alex and the team from Paddington gave us a broader market reach of potential buyers.
