Given the difficulty of the current market and situation we were put in, he pushed hard to get an offer that I was happy with. Alex was very professional in the way he handled the sale. He actually had to take over half way through the campaign due to an unforeseen circumstance and I'm glad Alex was the agent that took over, highly recommend.
