I highly recommend Alex and her team for selling a property or renting a property out. Alex went above and beyond for the sale of our home and was exceptional. The outcome for our sale was amazing and we were over the moon with our sale price. For anyone seeking to sell their property or rent I would with not doubt recommend Alex.

RECORD BREAKING GOOGONG RESIDENTIAL SALE !! I want to give a massive shout out to one Reslestate agent that has just made the Googong record sale to date! This agent displayed the highest standard of morals and ethics I have ever seen. She was transparent with our sale the entire time and her honesty and work ethics are second to none! SO WHO IS THIS….… Blackshaw Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra - Alex Thank you again Alex for your great work with all the potential buyers and us as vendors! “Business is better with Blackshaw” https://www.allhomes.com.au/18-cleaver-street-googong-nsw-2620

Alex’s open line of communication made for an incredible buying experience. We fell in love with our new home not just because of the beautiful property but because for once we dealt with an agent without their own agenda. Alex genuinely cares about the seller and new buyer of the property making sure everyone involved has a happy experience. Always available to answer any questions or concerns and with an upbeat attitude. Wish we met Alex earlier to sell our own home!! Highly recommend. Thanks Alex!

Alex was incredibly helpful through the process of purchasing my first home, great honest customer service, fantastic communication and turn around times. Alex’s advice and friendly assistance helped make this purchase stress-free.

So glad I went through Alex to sell my lovely home. She did a great job and made sure everything went so smoothly 😊 I would recommend her for your sale!

Dealing with Alex was great, she was super helpful and friendly.

It was a smooth and easy process with everything being explained well and everything organized accordingly.

Alex was amazing! We don’t live in the area and she managed all aspects of the preparation and sale with such professionalism. She always had our best interests in mind with all recommendations for preparing the property. She even tried to save us money by doing some cleaning herself. We were unable to attend our auction due to Covid restrictions and Alex ensured we were able to hear what was going on. All through the process she kept us updated with photos and emails/messages/calls. We would not hesitate to recommend Alex to assist others ( including family & friends) with the sale of their home.

Having been a client of Alex's team for many years, I could see where the amazing service, professionalism, honesty and warmth originates from. Alex has been utterly fantastic in supporting me with my sale, despite being interstate. From the start, she had it all covered and I barely had to do or worry about a single thing! Alex knows her trade, her local areas and the market like the back of her hand and has been an absolute pleasure. I would more than highly recommend Alex and her team - both as sales consultants and as property managers.

Alex has been our agent for many years. She goes above and beyond to make sure you understand the process and set realistic expectations in regards to sales and or rental rates. She is always friendly, professional and has her clients best interests at heart. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Alex was absolutely wonderful and provided us with a thorough and professional service, and we appreciated her well-informed advice and honesty throughout every step of the purchase. Alex made the whole process less stressful and seamless, and we would highly recommend Alex to others.

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Alex - we were trying to buy a home while overseas which presented challenges, but Alex was so communicative and understanding of our situation and went out of her way to make sure we had all the information we needed.
