Couldn't be more impressed with Alex & her knowledge of the market. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell. The whole process was a breeze & we didn't have to worry about a thing with Alex keeping us informed every step of the way. One open home and a price WAY beyond our expectations. We look forward to using her in years to come!

We have employed Alex to handle our Canberra property ever since we moved to Brisbane. Alex is a kind, enthusiastic, honest and trustworthy agent who is 110% committed to her clients. Alex answered calls any hour any day of the week and is by far the most incredible Agent I have ever come across. Do yourself a favour and don’t waste time anywhere else. She is the needle in the haystack by far.

Alex gave amazing service and was always so kind and helpful throughout the home buying process. She was very reliable and communicated well; always being prompt in any questions or queries I had. I would 100% recommend Alex to friends and family.

We had the pleasure of Alex selling our property. Alex was honest, reliable and easy to talk to. Her valuation was spot on with the current market and she tried her best for the best price. We would and do recommend her!

Alex is one of the 1%, the rare mix of market knowledge, great interpersonal and communication skills and outstanding dedication to service. My experience with Alex over many years as a property manager and then getting me a price way above market for my property has been exemplary. Alex knows the market, knows the region and knows how to work with people to get the best outcome for her clients and she delivers and then some every time. There isn't a better agent out there, working with Alex is taking a first class ride in the real estate game and you'll never look back

Alex provided an excellent and seamless service throughout the entire process of purchasing my property. Her professionalism and communication with me from start to end and beyond was exceptional. I would certainly recommend Alex for your next purchase or sale.

Alex has been fantastic in assisting our sale. She is friendly , communicative and full of knowledge.

Fantastic service from Peter Blackshaw especially Alex. My property that I was selling was an emotional one but Alex was always there to listen and advise. I had put the property on the market on 17 November, had 2 weekend Open Homes and one during the week before Auction - there were a lot of groups that had attended with good feedback. Alex has guided me through this whole process - which ended up being a breeze on my end and flawless. Actually sold my property before Auction on 3 December at a very good price. I would definitely recommend these group of people - thank you so much for helping me and for being so compassionate.

Would not go anywhere else! Alex is professional, upfront, friendly and is working for you! Thank you Alex and the team for making the sale of my property so easy and stress free and quick.

Couldn’t have asked for better agents or a better result! Alex and Rachel talked us through each step of the process and had our house sold in record time. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!!

Alex has done an amazing job, making buying our house a breeze! She has been able to answer all questions with great knowledge and responded quickly every time. We couldn't be happier with the amazing work she has done for us.

My experience with Peter Blackshaw was wonderful. Everything was handled friendly and professionally with in time frame. I would like to continue with Alex and her team for any future requirement related to real estate.
