Alexandra worked with me during the first of the rate rises that seemed to cripple the Real Estate Market here in the country. She worked to help me understand a contract offer of purchase IF the prospective buyer sold their house. We had to trust each other and the buyer of my house to reach a definite sold. Took about 6 months, but I sit now surrounded by boxes ready to move shortly many kilometers away. Alex kept me informed of interests, offers and some disappointments. Always upbeat, never promising the "pie in the sky", her communications, (I felt) were in touch with me and I felt understood by her.

Sally was agent we mainly dealt with. We had discussed a building report and was told a report was recently completed 1-2 months ago and it was quite good. We accepted that assessment. We knew the house had a few minor problems. What we didn't know was the garage was subject to flooding at two points. We have been flooded twice, once when it was empty and once when the garage was full of our boxes and other items that had arrived from NZ. What my gripe is had your agency known of any problems identified in that report if you had seen the report should we have been advised of these problems. We have had to order a new roller door and the back door will have to either replaced or modified. We are not happy however we are also at fault for not obtaining a building report. I am sure that would have resulted in us not purchasing the house.

Alexandra has a great knowledge of the yarrawonga market. She and her team were very easy to deal with and very professional. I feel she did a good job with getting my property over the line in an easing and unpredictable market due to current global situations.

Alexandra's local knowledge and understanding of the market was exceptional and the marketing plan proposal and sales video was very professional which aided greatly in achieving our preferred selling price. My only constructive criticism is that sometimes a reply phone call was a bit slow in coming. This in a large part was minimized by the great sales support staff in the office.

More communication could of been advised to give us an indication of progress.
