Driving up from NSW I was not that confident in finding a professional agent. Spotting this local Agents office dropped in and picked up a contact number. Then some months later returning to QLD (in the interim doing some background research) with my mum put her house on the market only having a few hours with Alex I felt confident we had made the correct decision to go with her on the sale.
