I think that the original pricing of the house at Offers over 449,000 was rather optimistic at the outset and then the hugh drop back to 415,000 opened the gate for questions to be asked. Overall, originally I did expect closer to 400,000 but given the outside condition of the house 385,000 was not too bad a result. Also the City Council flood maps are very deceiving, yes the back creek does flood but never interfers with the house.

Alex was able to have offers on our townhouse immediately once it went on the market and was sold by the first home inspection. We were very impressed with the behind-the-scenes work in contacting a number of interested buyers as soon as the property was on the market. Alex's communication with us was excellent throughout the whole process via text message and phone calls which worked well. Alex was realistic in terms of pricing we could expect and we hit the number we had previously discussed based on local sales. Highly recommended in the North Brisbane area.
