Alexandra is simply the best agent in NSW. From the very first call I made to her, she has been professional, diligent, passionate and a real pleasure to deal with. Alexandra knows her market and works hard to achieve the best result for her clients. I wish I had more properties for Alexandra to sell for me. I would use her time and time again, Thanks for evertyhing Alex.
Alex is passionate, committed and works with the best interest of her clients in mind. Alex has become more than an agent to us, her dedication to making sure the right decision is made to help achieve the best outcome for her clients is what makes her stand out. I would recommend her and her team to anyone that is considering buying or selling their property, you will always know where you stand throughout every step of the process, updates are always provided and when required looking outside the square for different approaches to situations are also considered. This is unique to find in an agent, we know as we have had several experiences, when we compare them to Alex she leaves them at the gate! thank you Alex for everything you have done for us we are glad we picked you!
In a very tough market, Alexandra did her utmost to deliver an outcome that worked for us. She took the time to understand our situation and needs and tailored a campaign to meet our requirements. We received regular, honest updates throughout the campaign from her and the team. She was very personable, warm and friendly to deal with and really took the task to heart. Huge thanks, Alex, for your efforts in our venture and in helping us achieve our goals.
We had a great experience with Alex and her team. They made the whole process of selling our house very easy. Communication with the whole team was wonderful. Alex knows the market and area inside and out and is very ethical about the way she does business. She is friendly and takes the time to answer any questions and always values your input. She really worked hard to get us the highest price and we're very grateful. I would highly recommend selling your house with Alex.
Alexandra has been extremely helpful from the outset in selling our property. In my opinion she acted honestly and kept us informed throughout the process of selling our home. We never felt like we didn't know what was going on. I've enjoyed the feedback discussions, the email communication by her and her staff and the prompt responses to any questions raised. Most of all she achieved an excellent result, despite tough market conditions. I think if you are selling, then Alexandra from McGrath should be on your short list of considerations. Well done. Good Luck.
We had a great experience with the team for the purchase of our new home. The team helped us to negotiate a great price for the property and were flexible with our needs, allowing us to inspect the property multiple times prior to settlement. The team had great market knowledge and were very professional.
Alexandra showed she had good judgment on how to reach out to potential purchasers
Great knowledge and answered all questions. Professionalism was excellent and a pleasure to deal with. A very dedicated agent. Alexandra exceed my expectations. I’m a very happy purchaser Thanks Alex
Alex is a true professional and went above and beyond to help us with our first property purchase. She is very efficient and her customer service is top notch to say the least. We wouldn’t of been able to confidently make this purchase right before our holiday if it wasn’t for Alex and her team.
Alex was extremely professional and supportive through the whole process of selling our home. She made the process so seamless and easy. Highly recommended.
Alexandra and her team are professional, respectful and helpful. As vendors, we put our trust in them and we were very happy with the outcome.
We knew long before we decided to put our house on the market about Alexandra's strong experience and commitment in selling homes. Years ago when we were searching for a home in the Earlwood area we would regularly see Alex at work at the Open Houses and showings. She has such a wonderful way with everyone -- so very professional but friendly and with the knack of remembering the little things that count to buyers/sellers. We were very impressed then and now realise after selling our home recently with McGrath for the price we had hoped for, that Alex and her team are real gems. We felt totally supported, stress-free and kept in the loop with the whole process, even managing to sell before the Auction date. We really couldn't be happier -- thank you so much 'team Alex' for making 2019 a wonderful year for us!
