Alexandra does an amazing job. She is extremely knowledgeable and has great people skills, so she manages to get the best (though realistic) price for your house. She also has an able team assisting her, who ensure things are as smooth as possible. The only minor improvement I'd suggest is a little more information be provided to vendors just prior to going to market in terms of who vendors will see from the team and when throughout the process as although we had lots of contact a while beforehand, we then didn't hear very much just prior to going on the market in regards to the photo process etc. This might be because we had a longer time between hiring and going to market than the average client.
