Alexandra was so pleasant to deal with. She knows the market and her business. I was very impressed with her professionalism and her updating us on the progress of the efforts to sell our unit. I’d definitely recommend Alexandra for any real estate needs and would certainly get her help if we were to buy or sell another house.
We bought a house from Alex and found her and her team to be welcoming & responsive to queries, very open and transparent as we prepared to go to auction & also very accommodating after the purchase to arrange access to measure and inspect. A very smooth experience, thank u!
Sincere, honest, caring and professional...takes a real interest in your future.
A pleasure to do business with. Alexandra came across as a knowledgeable, forthright and trustworthy agent, one who is genuinely interested in not only doing the best for the vendor but for the prospective buyer as well. She did her best for us in our purchase and I would certainly look forward to doing business with her again if the opportunity arises.
We were lucky enough to secure both Danielle and Alex from McGraths. What a pair of super women who complimented each other. Alex’s dedication to selling our property was obvious from day one. She was supportive and patience with us during the negotiation and was great to sniff out a deal. Alex has great rapport with buyers and sellers and is an amazing agent who only wants the best for her clients. Thank you for your kindness, support and patience during the selling process. Best wishes Judy & Guy
When we were researching agents to sell our home Alexandra stood out. Her results are exceptional and its no surprise why. As a purchaser looking to buy we were constantly informed of suitable properties and her communication was transparent and informative making the buying process easy. When we decided to sell we invited Alexandra to our home and her knowledge of the area was impressive. Throughout the selling period we were informed of activity and were confident we would achieve a great result as she was aware of everything happening around her and had a clear understanding of the buyers who were interested. On Auction day when the bidding stopped Alexandra demonstrated her negotiation ability by maximising the sale price of our home. We couldn't have been happier with our outcome and decision to sell with Alexandra.
Respond promptly. Deal in an very professinal manner, highly recommended
