We were looking for a property for a seemingly endless amount of time but Alex never gave up, she'd call and say "hey, come and have a look at this property". She works so tirelessly and did an incredible job of keeping us in the loop of properties in our area within our budget, I don't know how she does it! I have no doubt we wouldn't have managed to purchase this property without Alex's help, her fabulous advice, her encouragement and not forgetting her amazing team of Darren et all in the McGrath office. A potentially fraught experience turned into a great one thanks to Alex and co, we love our house!

Hi Alex, Thank you very much for your helping us to buy our new home. We would be more than happy to recommend you and your teams services to anyone. Regards Brett Stephenson

Alexandra's passion, professionalism and attention to detail makes her a 'stand out agent'. She and her team made the process of selling family home effortless and stress free due to the 100% trust and faith she gained from being genuine, ethical, motivated with a high level of market knowlwdge. Alexandra also gave great advise regarding presentation of the house, as well as going above and beyond call of duty whith her team finding tradesman when ours lets us down. Communication was paramount every step of the way. Amazing work and a great result is testament to why i have reccomended and continue to recommend Alexandra to sellers and buyers alike

During the recent purchase of my property, I had a very positive experience. The Agent working hard to workout the style of property I would be interested in

Alex did a great job helping us with purchase of our new home. Alex was perfect from the beginning, easy to talk to, knew her market and was eager to help us in any way possible. The perfect agent from beginning to end and a real pleasure to have dealt with. I would definitely recommend Alex , Darren and McGrath team in the future without any hesitation.

From beginning to end we found Alex to be very knowledgeable, personable, honest and open about the process involved in selling our house. We bought our house from Alex and she was the first person I thought to call when selling as she knew the property and was so lovely to deal with whilst making the purchase. Alex involved my husband and I throughout the process, she was always available to us and prior to auction, negotiated an amazing outcome for us. We would certainly recommend Alex to anyone living within the inner west. Hope & Paul

Alexandra and her team (Darren and Jo) made the whole process seamless. They were Honest with their read on the market and our expectations, and delivered with an above reserve result. Solid communication was maintained throughout the entire campaign (including marketing) which made the whole experience a positive one overall. Would highly recommend.

Hi Alex. I would like to thank you – as well as Jo, Darren and the rest of your team – for the most professional and personal service that you provided in assisting me through the sale process. It is more than 33 years since I was last in the property market and I don’t remember receiving anything like the warmth or care that your team provided. Either things have changed massively in your industry (which I doubt) or you manage an exceptionally client-focussed team. I cannot fault the advice you provided nor the processes you led me through. I will be more than happy to recommend you and your team to my friends and colleagues should they have need of real estate services. At the end of this I know I can call you more than just my agent, I believe I can refer to you as a trusted friend. Once again, from the bottom of my now somewhat more affluent heart, thank you. PS – I reserve the right to retract all of these positive comments should the buyer renege. 

Your the best in the area, your consistency and hard work was what we had expected, and we weren't disappointed. Thanks again.

Alex communicated well and kept us up to date with all information through the open house and auction. Alex got s great price for our house and brought in lots of interested parties to make a competitive auction

I met Alex 8 years ago when we were buying our first home. We didn't end up buying through her but she was the most helpful and sincere agent we met through that process so we knew that whenever we were going to sell our home, we would sell through her. So my expectations of Alex were high when we engaged her to sell, and she exceeded my expectations. We appreciated the industry knowledge she brought to the process, as well as her honesty and friendship. And of course she got us an amazing result! I am yet to find a better real estate agent in Sydney.

I am happy to provide a reference for Alexandra Stamatiou-Buda. There was never a question that we would use anyone but Alex to sell our Earlwood home. Alex is not only the pre-eminent real estate agent in Earlwood, she is a lovely person. This is apparent in the way she presents a house for sale: she ensures it is beautifully presented, brings music and other little touches to ensure a positive atmosphere is created. We put enormous trust in her experience and took her advice, from when to put the house on the market, to how to present, advertise and price it. Ultimately we sold well above reasonable expectations and that is all thanks to her. If we were selling a house in Earlwood, Dulwich Hill or Marrickville, our first call would be to Alex.
