Alexi is a smooth marketeer. He is genuine in his relationship with the client but seeks to have total control over the selling process. This can be great if you want nothing to do with it but it leaves you in the dark about who is viewing your house and what they are saying. He thoroughly understands what will attract buyers which may be completely different from the way you have used the rooms in your house so standby for a role rearrangement of your house.

Alexi and Refined Real Estate 10/10! If I could score higher I would in dealing with the purchase of our Norwood property. Alexi was especially clear, honest and responsive to our needs making the negotiations as smooth as possible and a much less stressful exercise. Despite Alexi communicating from Portugal at the time he was readily available to speak to us and always promptly returned our messages no matter what hour it was overseas. Jess and the other staff in Adelaide where very thorough in dealing with the necessary hand over documentation. I cannot regard Alexi and co at Refined any more highly. Many thanks Peter & Rosemary.

Alexi and his team at Refined are an extremely professional bunch and their sevice proposition is exceptional. Right from the first meeting till the settlement, they kept us well informed of the progress. Alexi handled everything from before the marketing launch until settlement date without fail. Before marketing he arranged a full renovation to showcase my homes best features and I knew that I had handed the keys to the right person. He also arranged an extremely impressive marketing campaign to get my home out to as many buyers as possible, as a result the open inspections were booming and I was confident that no buyer was going to be missed as there were always multiple agents there to service them. We ended up with a fantastic sale result and the whole process was so much easier having Alexi there to lead the way.

Alexi came to me recommended by a family friend who is a real estate photographer within Adelaide. I have to say that after speaking to other agents he was extremely enthusiastic and very informative about preparation for the property. Obviously this has to be considered for the kind of buyers that you are attracting and for that reason he told us exactly what we should and shouldn't do to the property. He was also able to offer us assistance with people who could help in preparing it. It was also a very sensitive time due to our father passing so whilst trying to do the best he possibly could he was also extremely sensitive in the nature of the sale of the property
