Alf's market knowledge was spot on ,we were keen to drop the listed price and he advised us against this to allow for negotiation to reach our desired sale price. Another agent appraised our property and advised us to go on the market 24% less than our sale price. His communication was excellent answering all communication promptly even out of business hours. Credibility was great, always felt he was working for us the vendor, as we were under financial pressure to sell and were difficult clients.
