Alf did a great job it was the easiest house I've taken possession of. His a great person to work with, he was always at the end of the phone if i needed him. The transfer took its time due to the house being a deceased property, but this is life. Everyone was kept in the loop and communication was very effective All recommendations have been on time and provided affiant reports.
