I am 100 % that this agent made me paid at least 25 K extra on this unit, the way he was negotiating by asking me to go to his office saying that I better pay more because someone of his work mate friend of friend want to buy the unit, at the same time he told me me the owner happy to sell on 320, he bushed it to 356 k believe or not at the end I had to send him a text saying that I am not welling to pay one dollar more and who ever interested can have it all. The house had a possum living in the attic cost another 1 K to get rid off include covering a massive whole on the roof and one inside the house. Finally the body corporate for this unit remain as a mystery, my lawyer manage to have someone name who is responsible now I need to chase him and find out the body corporate store.
