Ali went over and above to sell my house in Armidale. She managed my tenants (four male uni students) so they cleaned and presented the property well. She organised a lease to be drawn up, and signed on my behalf. She conducted a tenancy inspection report at the last minute to get the deal with an overseas investor across the line. All this she did while keeping me informed regularly on progress. Being interstate, I felt confident having Ali sell the property because I knew what was happening all the time. To top it all off she managed to get an amazing price for my property in a cooling market. I'd highly recommend Ali to anyone looking to sell their home.

Ali does her homework very thoroughly before listing your property. She provided a very comprehensive analysis of the ten year house price changes for the Armidale market, so you can see the real price changes during your term of ownership. Full listing of all past sales (all agents) for the 2 years prior for like houses, so you can have a meaningful discussion of actual market value. They have a very strong Marketing strategy, with focus on out of town investors and people relocating for the UNE in addition to local buyers. We agreed a price and she stuck to it, never asking to drop the price during the campaign, even encouraging me to keep the price the same during the low sales period of the Armidale winter. Very conscious of her "Slippage" on all listings. Her service is absolutely first rate - always positive and helpful, doing a whole set of tasks that greatly supported me as an out of area seller. Communication is perfect, always rings when there is activity or on agreed frequency when no activity on our house, but providing updates on activity for like houses. Provided market sales reports whenever I asked for them. Ali and Peter worked as a seamless team when Ali was on leave. Ali ran numerous open houses, Although H&H are not the highest profile real estate agent in Armidale they punch well above their weight. I did check two years sales of like houses by agent before moving my listing from a high profile agent to Ali at H&H.
