Alice made herself available in helping us access the apartment for renovation assessments prior to settlement. The best experience we had was with her punctuality and responsiveness. She has always been eager to help as requested that really helped in making things smoother esp. during the critical planning phase of renovations. The settlement was a long 4-month period and Alice continued to be on top of things throughout, which demonstrates her customer centricity and professionalism. Alice has always been articulate in all her communications and covered relevant information in detail. One constructive feedback we would like to share is around vendor management. Post signing the contract with the advertised property value, vendor decided to increase the price, which was disappointing. We really liked the property; hence had to stretch our budget. We believe that Alice and Barry Plant could have better managed vendor expectations. Such an instance impacts Barry Plant’s credibility in handling complex situations.
