Alice is the most hardworking agent I’ve ever met. We had been house hunting for months and dealt with many agents, but she really stood out. She opened so many inspections every week (at first I was even worried that meant more buyers competing with me at auctions!), but it just showed how committed she is to her work. She patiently answered all my questions over calls and WeChat, even at night, and was always flexible with inspection times when we couldn’t make the original ones. What we a love most is that Alice isn’t a pushy salesperson. She truly hopes each buyer finds a home that suits them. After we bought my place, she even surprised us with a flower bouquet and helped take photos to celebrate — you can really feel that she’s genuinely happy for her buyers. Even after the purchase, Alice is still helping us. There were a few small defects with the house, and she is willing to help get in touch with the builder to get them fixed. Alice is more than just an agent — she’s someone who really cares, and we're so grateful for everything she’s done.

From the experience of buying the property from Alice recently, I felt Alice was very knowledgeable with the local property market. She also understood well the property she was selling, which convinced me on site of the open house. To be honest, her friendly attitude and detailed explanation of the property encouraged me to move on to the price and make the final decision to purchase the property. To make the whole process go well, Alice worked hard and she even spent the weekend and the public holidays ( the recent Labor Day in VIC) to communicate with me and the vendor. I have to say she worked very hard for the vendor to achieve the best price for the property. In my opinion, Alice is a great communicator, and of course she is professionalism.
