Alisa has made the process of selling my property easy and straightforward. She has provided me with a realistic evaluation of its market value and has made suggestions that ensured that the property would look at its best with minimal expense. Alisa has been in touch throughout the sale, updating me on all the relevant events. She has also been helpful to solve minor issues that arose during the process and has kept a positive and professional attitude till the successful conclusion of the sale.

Alisa has been one step ahead throughout the process and has gone above and beyond at every opportunity. Super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly we couldn't be happier purchasing with Alisa.

I am inherently suspicious of real estate agents (like car salespeople) Alisa from Wythes Real Estate quickly put my suspicions to rest. Her professionalism, honesty and openness quickly put my mind at rest. Communication is always paramount in any real estate transaction Alisa never let us down and always put us first. Alisa's explanations were thorough and her knowledge of the area was outstanding. Her advice on marketing was spot on and we achieved what we wanted. She made herself available nearly 24/7 well not quite but it seemed like it. A great sense of humour also complemented all her amazing traits. I have a thousand words for wonderful but all I can say is "WOW". Great job Alisa we will certainly highly recommend you to anyone who is selling.

Alisa Wythes was the perfect agent for us, as we wanted a quick sale at our asking price, which Alisa achieved easily in a remarkable time. Alisa communicated well with both our buyers, our tenants and ourselves, I would definitely recommend Alisa to anyone wanting to buy or sell, actually I already have a number of times.

Always contactable and if she said she is going to do something she does. Fantastic agent

Alisa was absolutely amazing to deal with! We had been looking at the market for quite a while and honestly encountered some agents that were rather unhelpful and pushy. The whole process was becoming frustrating. Then Alisa came along and she was genuinely caring, knowledgeable and professional. We were so pleased with the outcome and I cannot recommend her enough.

We found Alisa very helpful and persistent as our sale was not straight forward.

Alisa did a great job of selling our property she made it an easy hassle free transaction and always keep us informed. I would highly recommend Alisa to anyone.
