Alisa found the right house for us within our budget. The transaction was smooth and as we were located in Canberra Alisa and the office staff were very helpful in organising the Building Inspection, Power Connection and other small Administration tasks that were required for the purchase. They are small things but very hard to do remotely even down to getting the gardener in before we arrived. I would have ho hesitation in recommending Alisa and her team if I was buying or selling in the Cooroy district.
