Even before the property went on the market, Alison was preparing potential buyers and clearly advising me of all the necessary steps (renovations, repairs, contract preparation, marketing, photos, etc) which needed to be taken to increase the chances of a successful sale. In many cases, Alison also ‘went the extra mile’ and performed extra activities (e.g. liaising with the property manager) which weren’t strictly speaking her responsibility. Alison’s meticulous preparation resulted in my property being given a higher than expected offer prior to the scheduled first open house. Alison then successfully conducted negotiations between myself & the buyer leading to a quick sale.
