We used Alison and her team because they were highly recommended and had good knowledge of the market. Her office contacted us when necessary and always answered any of our queries efficiently. She kept us informed how the house opens were going and gave us up to date market info. We didn’t live at the property so Alison and her team always came a little earlier on each house open checking everything was in order. Small details count. We were very happy with her professionalism and her team behind her were brillant. Highly recommend them!!

Alison made things happen to help get our home to market quickly and efficiently. The selling process was smooth and Alison and her team were highly responsive to our needs. Communication is key and Alison's advice and support helped greatly with our decision making. Big thanks to Alison and her great team for a stress-free sale that achieved a higher sale price than anticipated.

Liz Russell working with Alison Hobbs was actually our primary point of contact and she was absolutely excellent. Thanks for securing us our dream home Liz!

Alison and Liz know their stuff, our purchase went through with minimal fuss and we are so happy to have moved into our new home earlier than expected.

Thank you Alison and the team >Liz and Christine!

Liz and the team have been great for our buying journey. We told Liz what we wanted and found a home that is perfect for our family. Happy to recommend the team for buying or selling.

Able to read the market well.

Alison handled my sale with the utmost professionalism. I would absolutely engage her in the future, thanks Alison!

Great communication, super helpful and very professional

Very quick response with questions and answers

Alison was very easy to deal with, knew the property and market well and kept us up to date throughout the process. She is professional and ensured settlement occurred seamlessly.

From 5000kms away we listed our Dawesville home with Alison and her team. We received extremely great service, laced with large helpings of communication and helpfulness. In less than two working weeks we received a signed "cash" contract at our full listed price. Having spent over 50years in Real Estate selling, prior to recent retirement and understanding the industry very well, I feel I am well qualified to observe and judge Agents' performances. Although I have never met with Alison face to face we have had short but extremely meaningful phone conversations relaying questions and sales timing/methods resultant in a great outcome. From my far away home in New Zealand and after the service and telephone conversations I have no doubt in my mind that Alison is a very gifted and hungry professional. In rating for both buying and selling transactions Alison and her team have done for myself and my wife I would congratulate the Hobbs Team with a 9plus. I can only say if you need an agent in the Mandurah/Dawesville Area call Alison NOW I'm sure you won't be disappointed! Kind regards Mel.
