We happily agreed to let the new owners move in prior to the actual settlement date to avoid them putting their furniture in storage for a week, as their house had been sold and settled. Therefore, it was somewhat disappointing that we could not leave our boat in the yard for one day, when we had no where to store it, until it went in to have a cover made and fitted.
