Alison is a pro when it comes to selling in Mandurah, especially in Halls Head. I had another local agency try to sell my canal property for over a year, and Alison came along and sold within 8 weeks for $50K more than I had it on the market with the other agent. Amazing service and very professional.
Ali was professional & efficient. Ali knew what price we wanted and got it for us without the bartering. We were very happy with the process.
Alison and her team were very professional, they kept us informed every step of the way. Our house sold in 4 weeks so we are very happy.
Alison went over and beyond to ensure a good outcome in the selling of my property, giving good advice every step of the way.
We were so delighted to be represented by Alison when selling our Halls Head property. She demonstrated outstanding market knowledge, strong management and negotiation skills and professionalism. The results she obtained were amazing as we sold our house after one Home Open. Having moved interstate we have not experienced Allison's level of commitment.
Good knowledge and knows how to get the most out of a property
Alison was a brilliant Agent and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend her to sell a property of ours in the future. Actually all the staff at Harcourts have been great.
Alison knew this area thoroughly and handled the sale most professionally.
From the first phone call, Alison was engaged. She listened and heard our story which can be two different things. Alison asked all the right questions and appeased any anxiety we had with professionalism, stating clear facts. We were dealing with an illness at home whilst trying to market, sell and pack up after being in our property on the canals for 25 years. Her support and involvement from arranging qualified trades people, jetty license to witnessing and delivering paperwork not Real Estate related to external parties to help ease our very difficult situation. Alison understands people and works well to ensure both the seller and buyer are being heard and have all the facts. This enables all parties to make a very informed decision which can be a highly emotional time when talking about someone's home. If you are thinking about selling and live in the Mandurah, Halls Head region, look no further. If you want to ensure exceptional personalised service and have the outcome of getting the right buyer and price, call Alison Hobbs. We cannot speak more highly about Alison and congratulate Harcourts for having the foresight to have Alison in their team.
I enjoyed their assistance in administering the property and sale to myself
Well, Alison has all on top control both the seller and the buyer.
Alison made the selling experience so much easier with her vast experience and understanding which made life easier for us.
