Great help with buying the unit and resolving any issues.

Alison Hobbs did a very competent and professional job selling our property. She was attentive to every detail and negotiated well on our behalf. We could not recommend her more highly!

We found Alison Hobbs of the Harcourt team to be very professional. As a shift worker with limited time, Alison went out of her way arranged meetings at my residence to sign paperwork after hours. Without this and the tight time line we were alredy dealing with the purchase of this property wouldn't have happened. We have no hesitation in recommending Alison as a Great agent...

Ali was amazing always contactable, professional and hard working. I would recommend her to friends. Thankyou Ali 🌸

Allison was very good. Everything I wanted to no she new or found out. I was very happy with everything Thanks

Alison was amazing from start to finish. She was always available when I needed to talk to her and made the whole process of purchasing a house not so daunting!

Being the executor to my fathers will and not having any experience in process of selling a house I was very was very anxious about the process of selling his property. Alison Hobbs was recommended to me from a family member being a friend of Alisons. I must say that the help and advise from Alison throughout the whole process was excellent , from tips to preparing the house for sale to her knowledge of the market and what we should be advertising the property for made me feel confident we would get a successfull outcome which we did. Very regular updates either by Email or the phone made me feel comfortable with the whole experience.

Alison was a great agent and we are very pleased with the result that was acheived for us : would highly recommend

Alison completed the selling of our previous home and very confidently helped us negotiate a favourable price for our new home. There were a few hiccups that occurred during the lead up to settlement but Alison was able to steer us through these problems with her attention to detail that kept the stress to minimal levels for us. We both felt very comfortable with Alison from day one and would recommend her to anyone who needs a good down to earth agent.

Our experience was amazing! Alison kept us informed every step of the way and had our home under offer at first home open. This service is exceptional and we have recommended her to all our friends.

We signed our property over to Alison after having it on the market for around 8 months. There was no movement with the original agent we listed it with and continual request to reduce the price even further. Once Alison took over as the selling agent she had an offer on the table after just one short week! We couldn't have been happier. She communicated diligently with us, updating us at every turn so we knew exactly what was happening she was amazing. Anything that may have been a hurdle she thought of in advance and everything was very prompt, professional and hassle free. We would highly recommend her for anyone wanting to sell and can't sing her praise loud enough for all that she did for us.

We found Alison very professional and reliable. She worked extremely hard to sell our property
