I had been looking for a unit for quite awhile and viewed a lot of premises with the townhouse unit division. Id just like to say the guys were very nice and helpful and really couldnt fault them. I have had dealings with other agents in my search for a unit and i was so happy that the unit i loved was thru Elliott and Brock as some agents (not at Alderley) were not as professional or nice as them. I felt they were always very professional but welcoming in a friendly manner remembering me when i showed up for inspections and telling me about properties that were in my scope of looking. You have a good team which for a buyer who is 52 and buying for myself alone they were very helpful and only too happy to help with my questions after signing, the service didnt change after signing the contract. Id give them 12 out of 10.
