As a first home buyer this was always a very daunting thought, however I would like to say that Alistair (& team) were really great throughout the process. They made things simple and easy for me and were super accommodating with any requests I had. My only piece of 'negative' feedback is that I was under the impression I would get to put up the 'sold' sticker up on the signage outside of my newly purchased property and again as this was my first home it was something I was super excited about, however I found out when a relative drove past that this was up the day after the cooling off period ended. This did leave me feeling somewhat disappointed.

Alistair originally met us to value our house in 2016. I was delighted that he remembered us. Alistair is obviously a people person. Unlike some other agents he took the time to talk with us, get to know us and provide information and advise even though we had no intention of selling. When we were ready some 2 years later, again Alistair took a deal of time to walk us through the process, gave advice as to how to manage our house and had names of people such as cleaners etc to help us.
