My home was never going to be easy to sell, due to it's age, and it's age-related problems. Alistair did a sterling effort in getting it sold in about a month. He kept me updated all the time on how things were going. Alistair's knowledge of the local property market was very good, he lives and breathes real estate. He negotiated the best price for me that I was going to get, considering the downturn in Sydney house prices right now. I highly recommend Alistair to anyone thinking of selling their home. Alistair knows his "stuff".

Before engaging Alistair, I had a chat with 3 other agents in the area. 2 agents gave a price guide which I felt less than the market range for my house and another agent’s admin staff actually provided a quote with my address with wrong suburb. So I thought if someone can make a mistake in the suburb then no point dealing with them. From the time I started dealing with Alistair, he organised everything well, proper communications and clear in his plans. Unlike other agents, had 2 open houses on Sat and one on Sun for the first week. In addition he got great photographer for the campaign. Campaign was reasonably good and attracted more than 30 groups in the first week in this slow market conditions and the house got sold in 3 weeks. I preferred to give a review upon Alistair' work after more than six months on purpose.I believe it would make more sense in writing a testimonial after witnessing and experiencing the whole journey from start to finish. I must say - I certainly found the property of my dream having spent over six months now , I can definitely call it my HOME. Alistair has played an integral part in this journey of mine .Alistair' presentation video of my home was very professional and spot on(nothing sugar coated).
